the villas are undeniably fine, private, and clean. i noticed how much the hotel is cherished with its beautiful architecture and cultural touches. the views are amazing and unlike anything i have experienced, and we really loved staying on balinese hotel with such caring people.

the upstairs rooms lacked indoor or outdoor balcony seating. they were also very dark, requiring more lighting.

The infinity pool overlooks a BEAUTIFUL valley. I observed staff maintained the villas well. The breakfast buffet included many choices for different appetites.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. i received an upgrade to a beautiful villa. It included a private pool and offered fine views. the grounds are well kept, and i enjoyed strolling through the lush gardens, especially in the morning.

the wifi was unreliable . i had difficulty connecting at certain times, and the speed was inconsistent, hard to stay connected.

the staff consistently demonstrated really good hospitality, tending to every request promptly and courteously. the front desk arranged seamless transportation, and the concierge provided helpful recommendations for local activities, it was a very pleasant experience.

The infinity pool offers amazing jungle views, and the spa provides a range of rejuvenating treatments. the resort provides complimentary shuttle service to the nearby town, and the grounds are immaculately maintained. I felt really pampered.
