delicious food helpful staff premium spirits gentle music
the staff were so kind. damian helped. he was always smiling and so so helpful, and the food was delicious, such as the themed dishes are often good.
the spirits weren't premium. john dewar's was what they offered instead. the entertainment could have been better. for older guests i noticed were only gentle music sometimes

Wonderful Getaway
immaculate resort special holiday
The resort was kept immaculate. It was beautiful. The animation team made the holiday special. I found lots of available sunbeds around the pools at any time.
The staff was not helpful or friendly. Some of them can be rude. I think they need more training to provide better service.

There are two large pools plus a large buffet restaurant. The resort has foliage and relaxing pools. Pools are heated so you can swim comfortably any time of year for you and your family.

The food is varied and very well presented every day. The buffet food was good and culturally inclusive so every people can found something for them. I found the food was really great with no complaints.

relaxing sounds friendly staff great pianist
The hotel entrance has so many plants and water features. I found the staff to be friendly. I particularly enjoyed paddle board yoga with Anton. Ricky was enthusiastic and a great pianist.
The drinks are pretty poor. The cocktails seem do-it-yourself.
