rooftop terrace great pool
my double or twin room sea view had air conditioning that worked perfectly. the rooftop terrace and pool were great.
the road outside was somewhat busy, but it did not impact my stay too much.

Acceptable Location, Dated Bathroom
The location is acceptable if one wants to visit both the beach by Isola Bella and the center since the cable car is a few minutes walk from the hotel.
The bathroom felt cramped and dated. The room itself was basic. I would not have wanted to spend a day in it. There isn't a restaurant. Therefore, I had to go out for dinner.

dated bathroom basic room
Honestly, i found the bathroom a bit dated. the layout felt cramped, not the spa experience i was hoping for. the room itself, though it had good air-conditioning, was painfully basic. Spending a whole day stuck in there would have been my personal hell. and to top it off, there's no proper restaurant, just room service and poolside snacks, so you're forced to venture out for a real dinner.. what a bother!!!

Very nice Views and Really good Service!
delicious pastries friendly staff
I loved the convenient beach slippers they provided. The breakfast pastries were very delicious. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They arranged last minute welcome drinks and appetizers for the whole family.
The hotel charged for parking! I think it should be free . This felt a bit cheeky, especially since there seemed to be plenty of space available .

The breakfast buffet included fluffy pancakes and fresh honeycomb, it was served on a terrace. The terrace has views of the bay. Lunch was tasty and reasonably priced!

The room included in-room chocolates and a nice balcony. A lovely view of Isola Bella was visible. The hotel provided beach bag, towels and flip flops. The room was nicely sized and gorgeous!

The hotel is close to the cable car, it brings you to the town center. The steps to the main town center and ancient Theater are a challenge! The hotel is near Isola Bella.

The pool also had beautiful views. The hotel offers parking. It has a rooftop terrace and pool. The pool area has excellent service and top views!
