convenient location

the breakfast had much variety. the staff were friendly. my room was adequately sized for me and my son. there were many public transportation links nearby, which i used.
the coffee in my room was not always refilled, even after i requested it.

Acceptable Location, but Problems with the Room

The location is pretty central, about a 10 to 15-minute drive to the city center.
The reception service was slow, and I did not see much effort to deal with the queue. The room was disappointing as there was no sink in the bathroom, only one next to the bed. This felt unhygienic. I also found the USB phone charge point under the TV difficult to access because of homemade plastic housing.

the staff was helpful and friendly, acceptable.
The room i was given felt quite outdated. The decor seemed worn, and the furniture showed signs of wear. additionally, the bathroom wasn't as clean as i'd expect. I found some grime around the sink and the shower. the noise from outside was noticeable too.

The room included a nice balcony with a great view. The hallway featured two story high book shelves and a nice sofa area.
While the gym was very good. The sauna was in poor condition

The rooftop pool and bar provided a relaxing experience. I appreciated the availability of parking in the hotel garage, even though it cost 20 EUR per day. The location was convenient, with easy access to Montjuïc Park. The lobby was nicely appointed and comfortable.
The check-in process was slow.

The breakfast offered a great selection of items. I could also find a pizzeria 300 meters away from the hotel. I also noticed several restaurants in the mall across the street , offering various types of food.

My triple room had modern furnishings and was large enough for my family. I liked the comfortable beds and complimentary water. The rainfall shower was a nice touch , and the room was very clean.

The metro and bus stops were a short walk of about 4-5 minutes away. A large shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store was nearby. Taxis were available near the hotel , costing around 2.50 EUR per kilometer.
