The hotel is very comfortable and breakfast is good. the room cleaning is great. I noticed tanjid is friendly and cleaned everything well. the staff provided options for an early check-in and it worked well for me. rashid and the breakfast team had a wide range of choices.

my beautiful king room included daily access to riva beach club shuttle service. the room had a comfortable bed with many pillows. an ironing board with iron for clothing care. i also observed a tea and coffee maker inside the room.

The hotel has two swimming pools with a bar, with one pool heated. i saw a gym with treadmills and stationary bikes, and also showers and a sauna. there is a shuttle to riva beach. The beach club visit is included.

Breakfast had a beautiful display with a wide arrangement of foods. the breakfast service was great. Waiters like theint, saif, and edward offered top service. the food was AMAZING!!! chef chamee's pancakes were very delicious.
