The buffet restaurant featured a great variety of food of great quality. This met my standards.
The housekeeping knocked on my door despite the do not disturb sign being on. It woke me unnecessarily. both key cards stopped working . This required trips to the reception for revalidation. i received no room upgrade, a common courtesy i expect from hotels in this category.

The staff assisted with luggage efficiently. the hotel's location near a metro station simplified transportation. a nearby shopping mall included varied food options. i liked relaxing by the pool and using the jacuzzi. the breakfast offered many different options each day. the staff were very helpful and friendly. They. the hotel maintains cleanliness well. The rooms were always super clean. staff was friendly and the location is great.
i noticed a small detail, towels in the room were not soft. this did not greatly affect my stay. a volume control in the bathroom did not function. dispensing bottles were placed inconveniently. a sports bar played loud music instead of showing sports.

Sydney bonq was very supportive. He was attentive to requests. he assisted with luggage and helped with taxis. he always responded to questions with a smile. guest relations team members are committed to superior service.

The hotel is conveniently close to the metro. traveling around the city was quite easy. a shopping mall is situated across from the hotel. it provides various dining options. This includes a food court to suit any taste.

The room was large and confortable. The Nespresso machine with capsules was a nice touch. Bottled water was provided daily and free of charge. A work station made catching up on emails easy.
The hotel was somewhat difficult to access without clear street entrance.
