The rooms are spacious. Daily housekeeping kept everything super clean. The service was attentive. I found the complimentary room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The location provided less chaotic access to the center.

the rooftop lounge fostered intimacy. i could sip my morning coffee there. happy hour provided a good ambiance. i loved the quiet moments we shared.
the stairwells needed some attention, they seemed a little neglected near the top.

The front desk staff was helpful. Paul was very patient. He were really nice too. The hotel was clean. The location was great and very easy to get transportation.
I asked for early check-in, but they were unable to accommodate me. I dropped off my bags and was told I'd be on the top of the list. I returned at 5 PM and my room was still not available. Actual check-in was at four.
