The roadworks outside were loud. this made it hard to relax or sleep. the air conditioning was also ineffective. i found the staff seemed annoyed when i asked questions. i expected better service.

the breakfast buffet presented many options, each dish carefully prepared , and i found the pool area to be a relaxing oasis. the room provided ample space, it included thoughtful design elements that enhanced the stay. the staff were consistently helpful , ensuring all requests were met with a tender care.
the air conditioning system occasionally adjusted unexpectedly , i found this slightly disruptive during warmer moments.

the breakfast was really good with many options. the hotel had a pool and a gym that i used. a bus stop was close to the hotel, it was a 2 minute walk.
the air condition reset to 26 degrees after i left the room. it was hard to keep the room cool for sleep. staff attentiveness seemed inconsistent to me. i rarely got greeted when i passed the reception.

I found the noise from building works unbearable. It started too early. the room got uncomfortably hot since there was no air conditioning. the reception staff was unhelpful about this issue.
