The room upgrade to a river view, the room was spacious. Breakfast had a great choice of food. I found the location perfect because it was next to the city center and Wawel. The beds were so comfortable, and the sheets felt soft.
I thought it didn't quite reach that five-star feel.

The room had a king-sized bed with soft, clean sheets. The air conditioning worked well, I felt comfortable. The bathroom included a shower with good water pressure and soft towels.

The check-in was quick and the front desk staff were friendly. The concierge helped find local coffee shops. The breakfast staff was attentive, they made sure the buffet stayed stocked.

the hotel location i found ideal. it was close to the castle and the river. the executive lounge also worked well, stocked and clean.
the rooftop bar service needed help. the staff seemed busy talking more than helping. i also found the water hard to get early morning.

i loved that the staff was so helpful! barbara at reception gave me some awesome tips about local eats. she printed out the dragon trail spots for me, which i think was super kind. also, the pool and jacuzzi were totally rad, i had so much fun!
the rooms were really outdated, a total bummer. i think, for a 5 star hotel, the rooms needs a refresh. another thing, i could hear everything, from my neighbors to doors slamming! i am a light sleeper so it was not good.

i stayed in a lovely room. a very good breakfast had a variety of choices, and the bed sheets i remember were some of the best. the location is perfect next to the city center and the wawel. it faces a river for great views and walks.
The pillows felt lackluster. The bathrooms seemed small. i noticed smudge marks on the mirrors and doors. the noise from the bar in the middle of the hotel kept me up at night.
