great selection helpful staff prompt answer
The provided breakfast included a great selection of high-quality items. I found the staff to be very helpful . Filip answered all questions promptly. He also helped me book train tickets easily.

The room was spacious. Two complimentary water bottles and a selection of instant coffees and teas were available. The bathroom was well kept and large. Cleanliness was amazing with all amenities in order.

old bathtub scarce warm water
the location was central, easy to get around..
the bathroom was very bad. there was no shower cabin, just an old bathtub with rubber on the bottom, it was disgusting. the toilet was not horizontal, so i needed to balance myself while using it. warm water was scarce, only available for a few minutes at a time each time i started washing

a haven of timeless elegance
easy access friendly staff wide variety beautiful aesthetic
the location provided easy access to main attractions, i found it perfect for exploring. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions i had. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, it ensured a good start to each day. the building had a beautiful aesthetic, it was excellent.
i noticed some slight wear on the carpets in the hallway , but it was a very minor issue and didn't affect my stay.

the beautiful double room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room was cleaned daily , and fresh towels were provided regularly. the space felt inviting and comfortable.
