The hotel located near the historic district. The floors offer water dispensers plus each room have a carafe. It felt enviromently savvy. I enjoyed the breakfast and its good service.
I disliked requesting amenities like slippers and lotion. The pillows felt flat. The mattress wasn't very comfortable.

the staff were cute upon arrival. checking in process was swift. the hotel had a warm feel. breakfast offered was fresh and delicious. there was a good variety.
the room did not have enough supplies without asking. i had to request pairs of slippers. conditioner and lotion also required a request. pillows were flat and did not provide good support.

The location was amazing for exploring. i found the water station on each floor a very good idea. I used this daily for fresh chilled water. the staff were friendly and polite. Drinks were nice.
the room could have used brighter lighting when i was getting ready.

I had a beef burger meal at the bar and it was tasty!!! breakfast had a large choice. Everything was fresh. the bar area was very comfy and tidy.

My twin room was clean and well kept (for four nights). I especially appreciated the availability of both still and sparkling water on tap in the room, a really nice touch. The tram stop's proximity to the hotel offered quick access to various attractions.
The rainfall shower had somewhat low pressure, which affected the overall experience.
