the location proved unbeatable. i counted just a few steps to the main square. the best shower facility impressed me. the staff seemed excellent too. they were very friendly and efficient. i felt comfortable in the massive twin room. it always had easily usable air conditioning.
The room felt too dark. it had no coffee or tea maker. i also found no convenient outlets for charging phones. they did bring us an extension when asked. it did not feel like a true 5-star experience. the room needed more attention to detail.

I loved the rooftop bar with those fabulous views of the square. It was lovely to sit and chat over drinks. the pool and spa added a perfect touch of relaxation to our days! the staff was polite, and nothing seemed too much trouble, they were always ready to help.
The isolation in the older part of the building was not ideal. I could hear noises from other rooms, and that large wooden door sometimes made it hard to sleep.

Our double room was well kept and ultra clean. The design had much character! the rooms were lovely, and all areas throughout the hotel reflected this attention to detail.

The hotel restaurants offer good food. Breakfast included fresh juices and a variety of options, a great start to the day! i loved the taste and the quality, everything felt perfect.
