outdated shower curtainrepetitive breakfast
The bathroom definitely showed its age. the shower curtain felt outdated, and i noticed some rust on the showerhead. also, the breakfast felt a bit repetitive after a few days. I wished there was more variety available.

the staff was helpful arranging taxis and offering local recommendations. the breakfast buffet featured fresh pastries and local cheeses, a great way to start the day. the hotel is near to the main plaza , made exploring easy! i appreciated having easy access to street parking as well.
I noticed the bathroom design looked somewhat dated. It could benefit from a refresh to align with the modern style of the rest of the hotel.

the reception desk provided helpful information regarding tours. the staff accommodated special requests, they were very nice! one could expect proactive assistance with bookings and travel arrangements.

the superior rooms in the historical wing have high ceilings. the bathrooms have new fixtures and are very clean! the rooms feature volcanic rock. rooms had separate spaces.

the rooms were spacious and clean. the breakfast offered a nice selection. the staff members were friendly, professional and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel's location is in the heart of the city center.
i noticed in my room, the plug was located away from the bedside. also, the toilet seat had a broken fixture. i found these issues inconvenient.

The hotel provides books to read in common areas. there is also a tv in a separate common area. lots of seating exists in common areas. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the staff was helpful . they always had someone available whenever i needed assistance. they were able to promptly call a cab for me when i needed transportation.

the location is near restaurants, bars, and shops. i found it easy to find nearby parking. while the hotel is on a side street, it is a short walk to the city center.

the restaurant caters to a wide range of diets. these diets include vegan, vegetarian and a lot of seafood. the breakfast was very good, offering some different items each day. the japanese restaurant served delicate and good dishes.
