the reception staff were helpful . i could easily walk to both the town center and the train station, a convenience i valued. breakfast was good, and i liked the selection of bakery items they offered.
the absence of a comfortable lounge area detracted from the overall experience i think a more inviting space for relaxation would be beneficial.

The room was very clean. The balcony had a lovely view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, near the city center, which allowed easy access to local attractions.

i found the hotel very cute with friendly staff. the cleanliness of the rooms stood out, a testament to their attention. the view from my room offered a beautiful landscape, it added a special touch to my mornings.
the air conditioning was slightly less effective than i had hoped for.

substandard pillows
I did not appreciate the pillows in the room. they were substandard and need improvement. I found this unacceptable for a hotel of this class. housekeeping did not replace all towels during daily cleaning unless i asked specifically, it also bothered me.
