the location was ideal for everything i wanted to do. my room had a little balcony which i enjoyed. the bathroom included twin basins. both a shower and bath.
my room faced a courtyard, the glass was opaque, the room was dark.

The hotel is located on a busy shopping street BUT the rooms were quiet. The bathrooms were superb! Breakfast was excellent and the lounge area on the top floor was great. The reception staff recommended a local tapas restaurant that was great, also a more formal dinner venue, it was superb.
The bed was a little hard and I couldn't sleep very well. It wasn't very comfortable!

The location was really central. Every tour or dinner spot was walkable! our room faced the street, but the windows kept out most of the noise. It was so quiet at bedtime. javier. He was great.
The bed was a bit too firm. It was hard to get comfortable. the showers also weren't the best. They could use some improvements. the room lacked tea and coffee facilities. I missed that touch.

I really liked how central the location was. it allowed easy access to most areas. rooms were clean and nice, and i found them quiet too. i also liked the rooftop bar. It presented a great view and a nice spot to end the day. it became my favorite spot during my trip.
the absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room was slightly annoying. i needed to go to the ninth floor for a drink.
