Very nice Stay at This Gem!

The hotel provided a beach bag filled with towels, a sun hat, sunscreen, and a postcard. Reusable water bottles were also provided. Refill stations were available. The spa featured a sauna and steam room that reached ideal temperatures. Fresh ingredients and delicious drinks were served at the pool. The bartenders were amazing!

The stairs to the port were a bit challenging. Guests should be moderately fit to manage the climb.

The staff provided e-bikes and paddle boards at no extra cost. Every employee was always helpful and friendly, willing to help with any request at any time, which I thoroughly appreciated. Free yoga classes are a bonus!

Breakfast included many gluten-free options. The breakfast was a good experience each morning, presenting a wide selection to suit every taste. The night restaurant offered great ambiance and views. Reservations for dinner were required.

The pool was large with ample beds and towels! Complimentary water and sun lotion were available near the pool. This made staying cool really easy. The location provided easy access to local attractions and peace!

the initial impression wasn't great i didn't feel particularly welcomed at check in it felt quite formal and impersonal. i would have liked a warmer more informative and personalized greeting to.

My room was not properly cleaned. I found the bedside table had food stuck in the rattan. Ants were all over it. Staff seemed slow when I asked for a drink. I thought the service was poor overall
