the complimentary sunscreen and beach hat were a nice touch , also the colourful beach bag and throws provided were useful . the breakfast selection offered a lovely choice of coffees and fresh orange juice. yoga sessions were available most mornings. there was gym equipment on the rooftop.

the pillows provided were not the best , i was only given one and it felt quite flat.

the hotel's decor is amazing, it created a feel-good vibe. the location was great, very convenient to local sites. i was upgraded to a suite and this was a welcome surprise. free items included a beach bag, straw hat, sunscreen and water bottle, a bonus .

the staff could be slow at times. i felt the service lacked a personal touch. i wasn't asked about my stay during checkout.

The rooms have either a balcony or terrace, a great feature. my bayside plus room sea view included a sofa and a desk. Very practical. i found complimentary sunscreen available at the pool area, a nice touch. all employees were helpful. They enhanced my stay.

I found the pillows could have been more substantial. I believe two pillows per person would improve sleep quality.

Very nice Stay at This Gem!

The hotel provided a beach bag filled with towels, a sun hat, sunscreen, and a postcard. Reusable water bottles were also provided. Refill stations were available. The spa featured a sauna and steam room that reached ideal temperatures. Fresh ingredients and delicious drinks were served at the pool. The bartenders were amazing!

The stairs to the port were a bit challenging. Guests should be moderately fit to manage the climb.

The staff provided e-bikes and paddle boards at no extra cost. Every employee was always helpful and friendly, willing to help with any request at any time, which I thoroughly appreciated. Free yoga classes are a bonus!
