the hotel had excellent facilities. a lovely roof terrace featured a plunge pool. this offered a cool escape after sightseeing, it was so appreciated.
The rooftop bar requires two flights of stairs after the lift stops. This poses a minor access issue.

the staff secured taxis for the next morning. the hotel provided personalized care through whatsapp, which proved very helpful. i found the hotel's architecture fine, and the decor created a warm welcome.
the shower door in my room did not adjust well, and some water leaked out.

the rooms offer lovely linens and very comfortable beds for a relaxing sleep. they were spacious and everything was super clean. i appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the rooms.

the staff were very attentive. hugo particularly. the hotel displays beautiful details. every detail was well cared for.
the rooftop bar requires going up two flights of stairs. the lift only goes to the third floor. this is without a lift for the final section of access. the rooftop bar has some steps.

our room was not very soundproof. i could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. also, the air conditioning was not working properly, the room was too warm at night.
