amazing experience!
friendly staff clean room great location
the staff was super friendly and efficient! the location worked great for me. my room was spacious and really clean, which i appreciated. i loved the breakfast too!
the elevators were occasionally slow though it was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel offers a clean pool with ample loungers for relaxation, so guests can bask in the sun! a well-equipped gym is available, with treadmills and stationary bikes for fitness enthusiasts, therefore you can exercise.

amazing beachfront experience
comfortable beds private beach
I was assigned a sea facing room on the fourth floor with an unexpected balcony. It had comfortable beds and a duvet. the room included a fridge, and water was provided. i appreciated the access to a private beach and the two in-house restaurantswith mexican and italian options.
The room was adequate, however, i detected a slight unpleasant smell on day two. I suspect it may have been due to drain issues or the cleaner using a dirty mop.

the staff demonstrated friendliness, from the reception to the housekeeping and restaurant teams. the breakfast staff, ms. eisan and mr amer, were particularly helpful to guest needs during the meal service.

modern decor reliable wifi slow elevators limited dining
the room was clean and well kept. i appreciated the comfortable bed and the modern decor. the wifi connection was consistent and reliable. the private beach access provided a relaxing experience.
the elevators were often slow during peak hours. i noticed limited options for late-night dining on the premises. the pool area lacked sufficient shade during the hottest part of the day. the gym had only one treadmill and two stationary bikes.

sea view comfortable size variety of options convenient location
the room offered full sea view. it made mornings special. the size of the room was comfortable. i had enough space to relax. breakfast had a good variety of options. it suited all tastes. i started each day well-fueled. i also appreciated the convenient location. it was close to key attractions and the beach.
abit NOISY in the rooms. i am unsure if they were sound proof. i could hear most things happening on my floor.

the hotel offers free shuttle buses several times a day. they go to the mall of the emirates. it also goes to dubai hills mall and back. from there, you can easily reach the dubai mall. you can also reach burj khalifa using public transportation.

the location is excellent on palm jumeirah. there is a swimming POOL and a great beach nearby. the hotel is relatively quiet but a drive from most activities. the location is convenient to key attractions.

the staff were kind and professional. the cleaning staff was excellent. they fulfilled some of my requests. many russian speakers are at the reception. the staff will always help. the service is excellent and attentive.
