Solid Stay at Decent Spot
helpful staff convenient costa calm color scheme
The staff was helpful. The reception team addressed my questions. The on-site Costa was convenient. The pub on the premises offered a nice option for a relaxing evening. The room interiors had a calm color scheme. I had a room with a distant view, very relaxing after long working hours.
I found that purchasing a toothbrush kit and basic things was required. Slippers were not provided, and there was no tissue box in the room, so this was pretty inconvenient. These should be complimentary.

The location offers good connectivity through the Metro Train Station, this makes travel simple. The industrial park location may suit some business travelers. Access to transport seems convenient.

The breakfast food was AMAZING!!! It included a wide variety of options. The room had both coffee and tea making facilities.
The gym did not have air conditioning.

The room had complimentary water bottles, a detail i appreciate. housekeeping was consistent, with daily cleaning. i found a costa coffee in the lobby. It was convenient. the gym had basic equipment for a quick workout.

extra bed spacious rooms convenient location
The staff provided an extra bed. This was so helpful for my teenage daughter. The rooms are spacious. The location is near to the metro. It was a ONE minute walk.
The hotel only had a SLIGHTLY limited variety of television channels.
