The breakfast situation was stressful. tables were not cleared fast enough, so there were no tables once i got my food. it seemed like there weren't enough staff to clear tables at such a busy time. also, the buffet food was not replenished quickly enough. The sausage platter was empty.

My stay started well, but small issues piled up. the advertised city view from my premier room was mostly obscured. the room service was quite slow one evening, the food arrived lukewarm. also, the gym, while decent, had a broken treadmill. No one seemed to be fixing it. it made for a disappointing workout.

the breakfast was good. they had a huge selection. staff are amazing. it feels like youre on holiday in this hotel.

the lights in my room was faulty. turning on the bathroom light also turned on the reading light. i had to ask for the bulb to be removed. the air conditioning was smelly.
