The location is close to the Russell Square underground station. I noticed there is a nearby TESCO express. Breakfast was included and the room was clean.
The rooms need updates. I requested an iron at 6:30am, but I could not get one until 8am. House keeping arrived then. THIS was frustrating.

I found the staff very friendly. they remembered me from a previous visit. i found balloons and a complimentary bottle of wine in my double room. The staff had decorated it for my friend's birthday! the food at the restaurant was good.
The bedroom was a bit small. the closet was too narrow for the hangers. They didn't fit. there was a kettle and tea, but no coffee. the decor was bland for the price.

the hotel had a great location near transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful . i really appreciated the breakfast and the atrium bar, i found it convenient. the breakfast buffet included many options and a host was always there.
the room faced the backyard, i notice loud noise from the ventilation system and this affected sleep. it was hard to ignore the constant hum during the night. i wish the room had better soundproofing.

Great Location and Service

Check-in was seamless and efficient. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast offered a high standard. I found many choices and the staff were very attentive! I loved the convenient location near the tube station.
My room was very hot and lacked air conditioning. This made for an uncomfortable night. The open window helped a bit but it was too noisy outside! I hope they can improve the ventilation in all rooms.

The hotel staff provided excellent service! The front desk was always available, and housekeeping ensured the rooms were well kept. They were very quick to respond to requests. I really appreciated their attention to detail.
