the room was very well appointed. it had a nice balcony, good for getting some fresh air. the hotel location was central, and easy to find things. the staff attitude was positive and helpful with any request.
the mini bar pricing was a bit higher than i would expect.

the hotel cafe has good cappuccinos and sweet treats. the restaurant recommendations from staff were fantastic. room service delivered a superb steak tartare and oxtail cannelloni.

the breakfast had a great selection of pastries and fresh fruit. staff were all very attentive, i certainly liked that. the rooftop terrace provided a nice space. i could relax there in the evenings with a drink.
the in-room safe was a bit small, i struggled to fit my laptop inside.
