whimsical decor lively atmosphere central location stolen luggage lack responsibility hotel lobby
The hotel's decor is whimsical and good. I liked the rhino room. the bar served great cocktails and had a lively atmosphere. its central location made it easy to explore great restaurants and shopping options.
During check-out, a piece of my luggage was stolen from the luggage cart in the lobby, quite upsetting. the hotel did not assume responsibility. i felt unsupported as i navigated the situation alone.

prompt assistance warm welcome tasty choices
the staff provided prompt assistance and always greeted me with a smile. i was charmed by the welcome drink i received upon arrival. the breakfast selection offered many tasty choices.
i noticed that the soundproofing in my room was not ideal. I could hear street noise at night.

The housekeeping staff forgot towels. I had to call them for cloths. My suite on the 4th floor felt cold, even after I set the temperature to 30 degrees. This is not ideal.

the room was very well appointed. it had a nice balcony, good for getting some fresh air. the hotel location was central, and easy to find things. the staff attitude was positive and helpful with any request.
the mini bar pricing was a bit higher than i would expect.

fresh fruit rooftop terrace attentive staff
the breakfast had a great selection of pastries and fresh fruit. staff were all very attentive, i certainly liked that. the rooftop terrace provided a nice space. i could relax there in the evenings with a drink.
the in-room safe was a bit small, i struggled to fit my laptop inside.
