The bed was indeed very comfortable. The quality of the sheets struck me as quite good. I also received a later check-out time upon request.
I observed that the restaurant was closed. The shower only produced cold water. I did find this a bit disappointing since hot water was available in the bath.

The room was somewhat worn. paint was chipped in places. the shower curtain rail seemed to have been reattached poorly. the cleanliness could have been better. I noticed some cobwebs.

The location is beautiful just outside the city. It gave us many restaurant options plus it provided a base for exploring the Cotswolds. The parking was good, the bed was comfortable, and the location was nice.
The water stopped flowing during my shower. The basin plug was missing from the basin. The room looked a little tired.

The location is near the canal. It has safe neighborhood. The hotel is 5 mins from centre and there is bus.
