The breakfast area proved quite cramped. guests often clustered around different buffet sections. accessing food became difficult, and waiting was frequent. no one explained where to find the various food stations. i later discovered a section at the bar that had hot food for breakfast. this lack of guidance was frustrating. Staff should provide better orientation.

superb hotel experience

the room was quite clean and the beds were really comfortable. breakfast had lots of options (i especially liked the pastries). the rooftop pool and bar provided a great space to relax.
i had some issues with the bathroom. the sink tap was poorly positioned, and there was low water pressure.

i liked the spacious bedroom and it included a safe. there was a fridge available. i also appreciate the hotel provided beach towels, bath robes and slippers. the hotel staff was friendly, and that helped a lot.
the electric system in the room wasn't working properly, it was an issue. we asked multiple times for maintenance and it was not ok. we had the light on during 4 nights.

the hotel's location is optimal. it is a few minutes from the final stop on the airport shuttle bus route. a walk to the port takes about fifteen minutes from here.
