the front desk team was especially attentive and helpful with directions. i really valued their assistance and i could easily find my way around the area. the rooftop pool had amazing views and plenty of shaded spots, so i could enjoy it even during the hottest part of the day. i also used the gym and found all equipment well maintained.
During checkout, the luggage assistance was slow. I waited longer than expected for help with my bags. this minor delay was inconvenient as my taxi was waiting.

the hotel features two pools, one on the ground floor and another on the roof. the rooftop pool offers views of the area and comfortable spots to relax. a well-equipped gym is available 24/7 with treadmills and stationary bikes.

staff members were friendly, especially at the front desk. they provided prompt assistance and directions, answering questions and addressing concerns. the team helped with luggage storage and taxis. punctuality was notable.

breakfast offered a good variety. there were both local and international options. the executive lounge provided a calmer atmosphere with drinks. service was prompt, however the restaurant seemed quite busy during peak hours!

The rooftop pool provided lovely views. I enjoyed breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. The food was fantastic. The staff members are friendly and helpful (Ilham was particularly great at ordering a cab). The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
