Fantastic Stay Right Near the Square!
superb location tasty options helpful staff
The location is superb, offering easy access to major attractions. The hotel room was clean and tidy upon arrival. The breakfast selection included many tasty options of great quality. I especially liked the fresh juice. The staff were helpful and kind, especially regarding directions.
The room got uncomfortably warm at night. Adjusting the temperature controls did not solve the problem.

i had a room with a tablet controlling lights and temperature. the minibar had complimentary drinks, which i found nice. there was also a coffee machine that provided free coffee at all times. the shower had good water pressure.
the room i stayed in felt a little small, and there wasnt much space to put my luggage.

the hotel offers bike rentals, a nice way to explore the area. there is a small gym available, equipped with weights and machines. a sauna is located near the gym for relaxation.

my room included a tablet for controlling lights and temperature it was very modern. the location allowed easy access to nearby cafes and shops. breakfast offered a wonderful choice with a la carte options

awesome stay, totally rocks!
great location helpful staff
This place is seriously cool. the location is amazing, it puts you so close to everything. the staff really shined, especially marciej and alicja. I needed some help and they were great, definitely deserving of a raise!
ok, so there's this smoking situation. the ashtray is right at the main entrance, and all the smokers are there. it's not awesome for us non-smokers.

The staff at reception is friendly and efficient. They are always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. housekeepers work diligently. The rooms are kept clean and tidy. i really like the swiftness and attentiveness of the team.

Breakfast has such variety. I was able to try local specialties and international dishes. the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Soft lighting and comfy seating makes for a lovely breakfast. there is always fresh coffee and juices available.

The room has a sleek design. All the furniture looked new and modern. the bed is super comfy with premium bedding. It really made resting easy. amenities included fast internet and a smart tv. I definitely appreciate that.

The room matched the photos online. It was modern and very clean. the housekeeping staff kept the room super clean each day. the bed had a soft duvet (i slept like a baby!).

watery eggs limited parking
the breakfast options lacked variety and tasted bland the scrambled eggs was watery and undercooked it was also difficult to find a parking spot the hotel parking was full forcing me to use an external option located some distance away i found this inconvenient especially carrying luggage i expected better from a hotel of this supposed quality.

mixed experience at the hotel
limited seating dismissive response
i was disappointed with the dining experience at the hotel restaurant most tables were reserved for a local event i experienced limited seating the menu was also depleted i found the staff response dismissive when i sought assistance.
