Fantastic Stay Right Near the Square!

The location is superb, offering easy access to major attractions. The hotel room was clean and tidy upon arrival. The breakfast selection included many tasty options of great quality. I especially liked the fresh juice. The staff were helpful and kind, especially regarding directions.

The room got uncomfortably warm at night. Adjusting the temperature controls did not solve the problem.

i had a room with a tablet controlling lights and temperature. the minibar had complimentary drinks, which i found nice. there was also a coffee machine that provided free coffee at all times. the shower had good water pressure.

the room i stayed in felt a little small, and there wasnt much space to put my luggage.

This place is seriously cool. the location is amazing, it puts you so close to everything. the staff really shined, especially marciej and alicja. I needed some help and they were great, definitely deserving of a raise!

ok, so there's this smoking situation. the ashtray is right at the main entrance, and all the smokers are there. it's not awesome for us non-smokers.

the breakfast options lacked variety and tasted bland the scrambled eggs was watery and undercooked it was also difficult to find a parking spot the hotel parking was full forcing me to use an external option located some distance away i found this inconvenient especially carrying luggage i expected better from a hotel of this supposed quality.
