I appreciate the location near bars and a shopping street. the welcome from the desk staff was lovely. my room was quiet and clean. I liked this room more than other rooms. i am grateful.

dated roompoor soundproofing
the room felt quite dated it did not match the pictures online the electrical box made noise and the soundproofing was poor noise from the hallway was very noticeable it sounded like the door was open. also the street cleaning outside was quite loud at night. i was hoping for a quieter stay after long days.

the place is in a GREAT location for seeing major sights. the hotel was a short walk from trindade station. the rooms are good with great facilities such as a kettle and hairdryer. the staff were always very friendly and helpful.
the room appears more like a student room than a hotel room.

breakfast choices were very good with bacon, eggs, beans, and sausages. cereals, breads, and fruits were also available. the hotel is very close to the major shopping area and near many cafes and restaurants.
