The location was central , steps away from a main metro stop. This proximity provided immediate access to many attractions. The room offered a comfortable respite after long days. I found the staff consistently helpful with various requests. I especially appreciated local recommendations.
The bathroom glass door lets light in , it affects sleep quality when trying to keep the room dark.

The hotel is near Puerta del Sol and Palacio de Cibeles , offering easy access to key sites. Many locations are within a half-hour walk of the hotel. The convenience of the location made exploring so simple.

The rooms have air conditioning , very useful during warm weather. The room I had included a bathtub , that was fabulous after long walks. A box of chocolate covered cherries with a birthday note was delivered , it was a sweet touch.

Some of the staff speak multiple languages , this made communication very easy. One staff member was especially helpful with travel advice. The staff were helpful in returning my wallet to me , that was wonderful.

the hotel's central location was convenient, making it easy to reach many attractions by foot.
The room fell short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. I noticed mold in the bathroom, and it seemed like it needed refurbishment, also the breakfast quality was very poor. the products seemed like they were bought from a hard discount supermarket.

excellent locationpoor isolationinadequate facilities
the location was indeed excellent for exploring. breakfast included coffee and fruits daily which i thought was great.
i found the hotel was not well isolated. i could hear a lot of outside noise late at night , made it hard to sleep. the facilities in my room were not up to a 4-star standard.
