great location friendly staff great room
the location was amazing i could quickly reach all the shops i wanted to see! the reception staff were awesome super friendly and helpful with everything i needed. my room was a great size it had everything i wanted including lots of tea and coffee
the shower wasn't so good the water flow was really weak and it took a while for the water to go down it was kind of annoying

caring staff tea facilities fresh towels breakfast selection
The staff greeted me warmly, caring about my experience. They quickly resolved a minor issue with the television. the room had good tea and coffee facilities. i appreciated the ample supply of fresh towels. i found the breakfast selection satisfying, particularly the pastries.
the street outside was a little noisy at times, though it settled down later in the evening.

continental breakfast lovely staff dirty windows weak shower
the continental breakfast was good. the staff helped organise my daughter's birthday surprise, lovely.
the windows were not very clean so i could not appreciate the view. the shower was not very powerful and the base filled up quickly.
