Mediocre stay, Issues with service and amenities
poor service unresponsive staff
The location is quite good and convenient for getting around.
The service was quite poor. I had a lot of luggage when I arrived but no one helped me. I tried calling the front desk several times, but nobody answered. This made my arrival stressful. I might not stay here again unless the service improves drastically.

i had a premier room. it had great space. blackout blinds worked well. the 24-hour gym and pool are great. i swam at midnight. it was the perfect way to end my evening. the staff were super friendly and helpful.
the hotel offered filtered tap water. it gave me digestive issues. i wish they had bottled water.

gift snack tourist spot hotel facility
Fohin helped me a lot with taxis and assisted us with tourist spots. The facility was COOL whenever we were there. I found a little gift snack basket in the room! the room included everything i needed for my stay, like soaps and towels, just what i expected.
I noticed mould in the bathroom. but the room was clean!

unclear situation rude staff member
The complimentary bar situation was unclear. A staff member in the kitchen area acted rudely when I tried to get something, saying I wasn't allowed because I hadn't booked breakfast. I found this upsetting. The receptionist did not properly explain there were separate sections during check-in AND it led to feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The staff was very attentive. Nurul from the front desk greeted us with ice cream cookies. A handwritten note and treats were in the room. The pool and gym remained open 24/7. Late-night swims were peaceful and relaxing. The location is very convenient.
