Excellent Location and Perfect Cleanliness!

I found the location ideal, situated near many eateries and convenience stores. Higashi Ginza station is a short walk away. Ginza Station is about 8-10 minutes on foot. The room, while compact, was very clean was good. I also appreciated the friendly front desk staff. They were professional and helpful.
I noticed the sheets had some stains. I think these should be replaced.
