I adored the staff. They were so kind and always ready to assist. the location was super convenient, just a short walk to scramble square. the room was always so clean. the retro style of the decor was beautiful.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They spoke English WELL! The location is great. It is close to everything. The hotel offers complimentary coffee every morning. Such a nice bonus. It made my mornings much easier.
The provided directions were a little inaccurate for a night arrival. It was challenging to find the place at first because of this issue. Better directions would be very helpful.
