The hotel location is great. It is within walking distance to the train station and a shopping centre.
I was disappointed by my room. The wifi was unstable and often disconnected.. it made it hard to use reliably.

i found the location so central! i could quickly access many places (it was really efficient). i also appreciated all the amenities available near the reception, especially the pajamas! breakfast was a shabu-shabu style, and i loved it.

The location was great for accessing many areas. There were stores and restaurants nearby which was really helpful. I also appreciated the convenience of having laundry facilities available in the hotel. It.
My room felt smaller than expected. It was tricky to manage luggage in the limited space. The air conditioning unit seemed outdated and wasn't very effective. I woke up feeling too warm each morning despite adjusting the settings.

Fantastic Ginza Stay!

The staff were very helpful and kind. I received detailed directions to the train station from the receptionist. The hotel location is superb, made exploring simple! I found many restaurants and shops nearby.
The air conditioning system resets when I leave the room, and it's a little tricky to adjust even with translation. the system has a preset temperature lock, so I couldn't set the temperature exactly as I wanted. That was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel's location is central and well-connected. I easily accessed multiple metro stations, which greatly simplified getting around. Ginza safe area, and I found numerous dining and shopping options. It was AMAZING!!!

the location was convenient for exploring. the staff was friendly and helpful . the hotel room included many amenities, such as toiletries and tea. the bed was also comfortable.
the room was smaller than expected, even by standards. there was no wardrobe, only two hooks on the wall. there was also limited space to open my luggage. the television only had japanese channels.

the hotel was located near several train stations. it was a quick walk to both ginza and higashi ginza stations. lots of shops and restaurants were very close by! i also found the staff to be very helpful.
My room was smaller than i expected. This made it difficult with luggage. i was there for several nights. the bedding was not comfortable, and the pillows were too small. the air conditioning was hard to control. I often woke up feeling too hot.
