Fantastic Ginza Stay!

The staff were very helpful and kind. I received detailed directions to the train station from the receptionist. The hotel location is superb, made exploring simple! I found many restaurants and shops nearby.
The air conditioning system resets when I leave the room, and it's a little tricky to adjust even with translation. the system has a preset temperature lock, so I couldn't set the temperature exactly as I wanted. That was a minor inconvenience.

These were very nice extras. Clean pajamas were provided. The room was clean, and the bathroom was well-kept with all necessities available.

The hotel's location is central and well-connected. I easily accessed multiple metro stations, which greatly simplified getting around. Ginza felt okay all time, and I found numerous dining and shopping options. It was AMAZING!!!

the location was convenient for exploring. the staff was friendly and helpful . the hotel room included many amenities, such as toiletries and tea. the bed was also comfortable.
the room was smaller than expected, even by standards. there was no wardrobe, only two hooks on the wall. there was also limited space to open my luggage. the television only had japanese channels.

the hotel was located near several train stations. it was a quick walk to both ginza and higashi ginza stations. lots of shops and restaurants were very close by! i also found the staff to be very helpful.
My room was smaller than i expected. This made it difficult with luggage. i was there for several nights. the bedding was not comfortable, and the pillows were too small. the air conditioning was hard to control. I often woke up feeling too hot.
