fantastic location friendly staff elevator problems tv issue
The location was fantastic. I walked to many attractions. The staff members were helpful and friendly. They addressed any questions quickly and efficiently.
The elevators experienced problems . This caused some inconvenience, especially when returning to my room on a higher floor. The tv in my room turned itself on several times during the first night.

Excellent Central Aparthotel
spacious room central location equipped kitchenette
I stayed in a studio disability access room. It was spacious and clean. The location was central. I had easy access to transportation. Staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions. I was able to explore various attractions with ease. The room included a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bed. I found a nearby grocery store convenient for preparing meals in my room.
The lift was sometimes slow. It caused minor delays. I suggest improvements here. It didn't significantly detract from the quality of the stay. I waited longer than I wanted.

dirty towels lift operation
the staff was mostly helpful and the room had good conveniences.
dirty towels were not removed from the room as promised. only one lift worked, and it was very annoying.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It featured a well-equipped kitchen. I found it very useful. The location was also great. It was close to many attractions.
Two of the three lifts were out of service . Water pressure was low on the floor where my room was located. This made showering somewhat difficult. The air conditioning system was centrally controlled, so I was unable to adjust the room temperature.
