the breakfast had many options available.
The room felt quite worn. scuff marks and scratches were visible on surfaces. poor water pressure made showering difficult. I was not able to enjoy a proper shower, really.

The executive room lounge access was a luxurious treat. It included access to a great lounge, a detail I found especially charming. The check-in experience was seamless and the team displayed such friendliness. I enjoyed a meal at the Certo restaurant. The Italian cuisine had an authentic taste.
I noticed a very slight delay in the replenishment of toiletries in my room. this was quickly resolved with a simple request.

The room was quite spacious and suited my needs well. i appreciated the currency exchange service available. It saved me a trip. i was granted a complimentary three-hour extension upon request, helpful for my departure. the breakfast provided a very good spread of options each morning.
The hotel is showing some age, with certain aspects of the infrastructure appearing a bit worn. It didn't drastically affect my stay, but it was noticeable.

nargisa were polite and very helpful. location sealed the deal for me. it was a one minute walk from my sisters dorms. breakfast was good. the staff was polite and helpful to me.
the tv was very old and i could hardly use remote. there was no netflix or youtube. limited channels existed. the refrigerator was broken and they replaced it with another and it was not cooling very good. air-conditioning was awful and i can not make it hot and i could not adjust it on wall unit.

The staff eas nice. Breakfast was superb with many choices. I was well received at check-in and it was quick. The location was great for my plans. The room was clean and tidy, thanks to Abhijit.
The gym was too small. I expected bigger size for this hotel. The pool also always had a lot of kids. No play area existed for kids at all.

The room included necessary amenities such as a coffee machine, toiletries, a robe, and slippers. A hairdryer and a safe were available for use, plus, the daily cleaning service ensured a tidy space throughout my stay. I stayed in a superior room.

The reception desk provided excellent service, especially the receptionist juvy. She was very helpful and accommodating, and the staff members were always available. Abhijit provided excellent room service. I received a complimentary room upgrade.

The location is near marina mall and marina beach. This location is very close to the metro station. The hotel is close to everything I needed and my sister's dorm. This proximity made moving around very easy.
