beautiful bathroom spacious bedroom good temperature long delays buggy nuisance open restaurant
The room was spacious. It had a beautiful bathroom with a big tub AND shower. Housekeeping was FANTASTIC!!! They changed towels and cleaned up twice a day. The grounds were beautiful. The swimming pools had a good temperature with lots of choice.
The hotel is too spread out. I had to get buggies everywhere and that was a nuisance. room service was bad. I made several requests for things that took hours to arrive.

the resort is really good for families. the kids club includes very interesting activities. breakfast satisfied all preferences.. there were decent restaurant options with good quality.
the main pool area seems tired. it needs updating. the surrounding areas need better maintenance and safety checks. i cut my foot on a tile that had lifted dangerously.

slow buggies boring kids club
buggies were slow to appear, a real pain when you are trying to get anywhere in a hurry. waiting for one was like waiting for a bus that never shows. also, the advertised kids club seemed more like a glorified babysitting service than a place of fun and activities. my little one was bored stiff after an hour and wanted to leave. such a letdown after all the hype.

The multiple swimming pools provided options .
The buggy service was quite slow, and it took a while to get around the resort. My room service order took ages to arrive. I was promised a birthday cake, but I never saw it.

ABSOLUTELY fantastic Experience!
natural scenery friendly staff water park tipping bucket
THIS resort ROCKS! The natural scenery is AMAZING with lots of peacocks. The Just Splash water park has three slides. I loved the giant water bucket that tips every few minutes. Staff are SO friendly, always ready to help.
The resort is located far from attractions. YOU must be prepared to take a taxi to visit places.
