The breakfast had plenty of choices so I found something acceptable.
My room lacked a telephone. I could not contact the staff from my room and I found this inconvenient. The location was not close enough to the city center and I relied on public transportation.

The breakfast offered Great variety and everything tasted fresh. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for restful sleep. I liked that the hotel is near the ferry, so it's easy to get to the city center quickly.
The wellness area did not quite match the pictures I saw, but it's a minor point.

The standard room included usual amenities, such as a hairdryer, a flatscreen tv with international channels, and complimentary toiletries. The room also has a well stocked minibar, but i did not use it. There was a desk suitable for working.

The hotel is in a business area near the river, and a short walk leads to the ferry terminal. Public transportation options are readily available near the hotel entrance. The bus stops are conveniently located just across the street.

The hotel provided attentive and professional service, especially during peak hours. Staff addressed queries quickly and were keen to help with local directions. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently without long waits.
