mixed feelings about the stay
the bottom bunk bed was dirty, which wasn't a great start (especially for the kids). there were only two cups in the room, even though we were five people. i also noticed the middle art that hangs in the entire hotel was dusty.

hallway decoration excellent slide ample choice separate alcove
the care in decorating hallways impressed me. the slide proved to be a significant hit with children. i appreciated the ample choice at breakfast and found the scrambled eggs excellent. the spacious 'grand curiosa' room was well appointed, including a separate alcove with a bunk bed.
i observed slight dust accumulation on the art pieces displayed throughout the hotel, however it was really nice decor.

wide selection gluten-free selection efficient lighting
The hotel breakfast included a wide selection, with no peanuts present (a significant benefit for allergy concerns). a gluten-free selection was available, including various breads and cereals (it met my dietary needs). the room was very clean. All features worked efficiently (including air conditioning and lighting).
I found that the minimalistic room facilities seemed tailored for crowds. This meant fewer amenities than expected.

wide selection great layout
the breakfast selection included many choices. the gym offered treadmills. i liked the slide from the second floor down to reception. liseberg's proximity is a plus.
there was a surprising lack of tissues in the bathroom.
