The reception staff were very friendly. They allowed a late check-out. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant manager was very friendly and took the time to explain the ingredients in their morning shot.
The room was very warm upon arrival. The lady checked the thermostat and brought a fan. The new room was lower. It had a horrible view of the ceiling of the convention center. The air-conditioning was working in the new room.

The location proved convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The room was spacious and clean (they made it super clean before I arrived). The customer service representatives were responsive to my inquiries.
The parking fee for my car felt expensive. My room did not have a desk suitable for a laptop, a problem (since I needed to work a bit).

Excellent Stay with Fantastic Views

I enjoyed the early check-in offered because I had a business meeting nearby. The breakfast was good (especially the variety of options!). The location is great, and it's very convenient to access different parts of the area. The kids play area kept my children entertained for hours.
The cost did not quite match my expectations. I expected more luxury for the price I paid.

The staff were very helpful with parking and also allowed an extension to our check-out time. The Upper House service stood out because of the breakfast quality and efficient housekeeping. Spa visits were really good.

The hotel staff accommodated me by extending my check-out time. The room was designed for two adults. We managed fine with the space. The service in Upper House was really good from breakfast to housekeeping.
