the reception staff was friendly. fahriye and fatih were helpful and cute. the location was also pretty good. i appreciated their assistance.
The ambulances and police sirens were very loud. It was very noisy. room service was quite slow. my dinner arrived after an hour and a half. i also waited 40 minutes for a bottle of water and a towel one day. It was disappointing.

I found the hotel's location quite convenient. it was near the metro, offering easy access to various parts of the city. the staff, especially zara, were very helpful. i particularly enjoyed the spa. It was an amazing experience..
the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to respond properly. the room became quite warm and stuffy. i also noticed a sulfur smell in the corridors.. it was a bit off-putting. the breakfast wasn't good value for the price.

the road outside was busy. i did notice some noise from the traffic.
