acceptable location, disappointing service
ideal locationpoor hygieneautomatic air conditioning
the location was ideal as it was near many attractions.
i was disappointed with the room service, the room cleaning was not good and the hygiene was not upheld. also, the air conditioning turned on and off automatically. staff were informed but there was no fix for it .

The hotel's location was acceptable since it was close to many attractions.
I booked a Beautiful Double Room, but I received a lower-tier Attic Room. They refused to resolve the issue, which forced me to spend two hours liaising between them and Agoda.

The location was very good. the room was great and a great value for the money. the area is excellent though. It felt safe and near everything (also near the tram).
the pillows were not comfortable. breakfast had many choices, but they were not really great or healthy. the coffee served at breakfast came from a low quality machine (i would have prefered a regular machine). unfortunately, i also got a downgraded room with no reimbursement for the price difference, despite reporting it.
