the hotel had a secure parking area a bonus to me the room i stayed in was well appointed and very clean the bed felt comfy. the breakfast buffet was very delicious too

i had a slightly unfriendly greeting upon arrival at reception i turned up for my stay before check in time after traveling overnight and i was made to feel a bit of a nuisance

The location worked great for exploring. It provided easy access to many attractions. the staff was efficient and helpful. i found the underground parking convenient, though a bit tight. the hotel features an excellent on-site restaurant where the service was professional.

the sink in my room had a minor plumbing issue that remained unaddressed , we reported it.

The on-site restaurant provided superb evening dining options. The menu included a variety of dishes. the restaurant staff was attentive. i enjoyed the overall experience. The quality of food exceeded my expectations.

The hotel offered underground parking. It allowed me to easily park my rental car. the parking is attached, very convenient. the parking lot is tight, particularly for larger vehicles, but manageable, i managed to drive in.

My premium room was more spacious than average. the room included a nice view. the separate toilet was a positive feature. It added to the convenience of the room. i could open the window, it was good.

The reception staff was cute. I immediately felt comfortable. the staff members are professional. they provided excellent service and addressed my inquiries promptly. every request was handled with care.

The staff was amazing (i can't stress this enough!). my room was spacious and modern. the hotel parking was also very convenient. A real plus in this area.
