small room unclean bathroom
The location was acceptable.. it was near the underground.
The room was small, accessing the bed from only one side. The bathroom was not very clean. It felt rather uncomfortable, even with the mood lighting.

a decent stay
amazing location helpful staff cleanliness issue limited options
the location, were amazing. i find the proximity to transport links very useful. the staff too are amazing and always helped with my requests and that i do appreciate.
there was a noticeable cleanliness issue in the bathroom, a long hair dangled from the shower head. it made one think about hygiene. the limited vegan options at canteenm are not the best.

great location ipad control helpful staff
I greatly appreciated the hotel's location next to the Tower Hill station. It provided very easy access. The iPad controlled all room functions, I found this feature simple. The staff helped me during check-in, and were informative.
The room lacked tea and coffee making facilities.
