overcharged mealmissing refund

the room service experience was disappointing. i ordered a meal one evening and was charged significantly more than the menu price indicated (over 100 riyal). the staff acknowledged the error and promised a refund to my credit card. it has been three months, and i have yet to receive the refund, despite multiple emails. (honestly, it's quite frustrating to chase after them like this.)

My room was very spacious. The facilities included multiple pools, a spa, and a well-equipped gym. Staff members are very friendly. Nasser stood out with his attentive service. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food. the room service menu was convenient.

The bathroom design could be improved. I found it easy to slip while taking a shower.

She was always cheerful and helpful. other restaurant staff were also great. the hotel provides spacious, quiet rooms with comfortable beds. each room includes a balcony. the location is very convenient to the airport. I found it great for a restful stay.

i noticed some minor issues with cleanliness like a few hairs in the shower.

there are five separate swimming pools available, including two indoor pools. the main large pool hosts regular entertainment events. guests can use the gym and dunkin' donuts coffee shop, alongside the spa and a rooftop lounge.
