The location was central! i walked to shops, restaurants, and the casino very easily. breakfast had many choices! the air conditioning worked really well. It kept my room at a comfortable temperature. i used the shower and it worked perfectly, with good water pressure and temperature.
The hotel charged me twice for the stay. I hope that will be resolved

easy walkgreat breakfastslow process
the location was wonderful, close to restaurants and cafes. it was an easy walk to shopping centers! the breakfast was really great with varied choices! the bar area seemed quite charming, i could relax easily.
The check-in process was a bit slow. it took longer than expected. There was a short queue and one staff member assisting guests.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the bar staff at bar-1486 were really good. a staff member came to resolve the power failure in my room. It took roughly 45 minutes.

My room was spacious. It was perfect for a solo traveller. the pillows were good! the bed was comfortable. the hotel provided refreshments in the lobby. It was a nice touch.

The staff was helpful. The location is great in the heart of the city. The breakfast had lots of variety. I even met the hotel manager. She was lovely!
The hotel was dated. I saw dusts on top of the wardrobe, dust that hasn't been dusted for decades. There were black molds in every corner in the shower. That was unpleasant.
