The location is amazing, connected to terminal 1. this made catching my early flight easy. I didn't even need to leave the airport.
The room clock was off by an hour, and i found it impossible to adjust. this is especially annoying in an airport hotel. also, the shower's design was terrible. It had a tiny glass panel, and the controls were overly sensitive making it hard to get the temperature right. so annoying.

the location was useful because of its nearness to terminal 1.
My check-in was a real struggle. i waited in line, but the person at the front desk went for a break right when i got there so i had to go to another line. also, i felt unimportant when i asked a question. It seemed like other customers were more valued than me.

The location was convenient being directly connected to terminal 1. It made my early morning departure stress-free. i loved the availability of multiple restaurants and shops within a short walk from the hotel. the emailed instructions to find the hotel from terminal 1 was helpful. I found my way easily.
the check-in line was quite long upon arrival, and only one person was actively assisting guests. i feel management should consider automating this process to improve passenger experience.

The hotel has a nice restaurant on site, and it made dinner very easy after a long flight. They offer a diverse menu. room service is available 24 hours a day, so i ordered a late-night snack one evening.
