I found the staff to be very attentive. They really added a personal touch. the garden room, located close to the river, was a nice feature. parking was easy. There was plenty of space available nearby. i also appreciated the comfortable bar area after dinner.

the staff were so warm, a real delight. breakfast felt special, like a dream. our double room patio had doors opening to the garden, such beauty. the fresh air and birdsong was such a pleasure to enjoy in that quiet space.

Riverside retreat, A good stay

the location near the river provided opportunities for walks. The team welcomed me warmly from arrival onward. breakfast included beautifully presented dishes. My room overlooked the gardens, so i enjoyed a nature view.
i noticed significant dust along the top of the wardrobe decorative feature. this maintenance issue meant the hotel was not quite up to the mark.

the room had french doors leading to a lovely seating area. the bed was very comfortable and spacious. i enjoyed the garden access from the room. the setting offered a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
