the breakfast was particularly good. i enjoyed a full english breakfast cooked beautifully. the host was very cute and provided dinner suggestions. i found the free off-road parking very useful.
the front bedroom seemed a little dated. a bedside light was not working . i think the hotel could use some minor improvements.

The breakfast offered a wide choice of freshly cooked hot food. The shower had plenty of hot water, a great convenience after a day outdoors. I also appreciated the cleanliness and the size of the bedroom and bathroom. It had pleasant countryside views.
The hotel stands on a busy main road. I noticed some traffic noise even late at night.
