The staff helped me locate my backpack. I had left it in the lounge. t. ya arranged to send it to phuket. mr gowit and eib also helped transport the bag. the hotel has two new, clean swimming pools. One overlooks the sea. there is also a tennis court in great condition to use.
The wi-fi was a bit sketchy in the room. The air conditioning wasn't the best.

the largest restaurant offers a daily buffet for breakfast and dinner. there are freshly squeezed juices and a large selection of cuisine. i recommend the thai noodle soup, it was comforting and authentic!!!

lush tropical gardens surround the area. the hotel is large, but buggy service makes exploration easy. the walk to the sea might be long at low tide. the atmosphere is peaceful for couples and families.

the suite was spacious and super clean with modern comforts. a birthday welcome was prepared, a thoughtful touch. the marine discovery centre has activities for adults and children. rooms were really nice and the beds were comfortable.

The check-in process was slow. I waited a long time. the staff did not seem very attentive. also, the lack of lighting at night made it difficult to walk around the resort without using my phone flashlight. this felt unsafe. the gym was also quite dirty, i noticed a lack of towels and a broken water machine.

The food was a letdown. dinner at the Miss Oli restaurant included cold mussels and warm white wine. they tried to compensate by having the waitress hug and kiss me, pretending to be my best friend. It felt unprofessional and annoying. i preferred eating in the village afterwards. The food there was much better.

the beachfront junior suite was immaculate the bed was massive i loved the separate shower area it was perfect i also enjoyed the plentiful sun beds at the pool the area was very spacious i never felt crowded at any time it was great
