bathroom mold loud air conditioning
the pool was acceptable.
The room was not clean at all. there was mold in the bathroom, and it smelled terribly. It was really disgusting. also, the air conditioning was so loud it was hard to sleep. I found this particularly frustrating!

I thought the resort was good for kids. It had enough activities. The staff was friendly. Ja at breakfast was super friendly. They resolved all issues quickly.

mixed feelings about my stay
low pressure poor soundproofing
I was a bit let down by a few things. the bathroom felt old. the shower pressure was really low. It made it hard to wash my hair properly. also, the soundproofing wasn't great, i could hear noise from the hallway, it made relaxing difficult at times?

efficient check-in complimentary upgrade attentive staff convenient location
The check-in process was efficient and smooth. I received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful partial sea view room. The staff members were attentive and helpful, especially Dao and Jade. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and transport.
The gym equipment looked somewhat outdated.

Excellent Hotel With Amazing Amenities!
clean room big pool indian food
I like the clean rooms. Big pools are a plus, and I enjoyed Indian food options. The staff were very helpful, and the location is near the beach. Beem provided good service at Island bar. My boys enjoyed the kids club very much.
The gym is really small and needs upgrade.

mixed feelings about this resort
musty room loud air conditioning
The room smelled musty upon arrival, i noticed some stains on the curtains, which wasn't very pleasant. the bathroom had some drainage issues. The water took a while to go down in the shower. also, the air conditioning was quite loud, it made it hard to sleep comfortably. the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, i think more training is needed.
